Documents can tell a personal story. Pruvaly is designed to keep access tied to your account and to give you a choice about optional AI assistance.

Private by default

Original documents are stored in private storage. Access rules are enforced on the server for account records. Pruvaly’s privacy policy states that personal data is not sold or used for advertising.

Your original stays unchanged

Recognised text, extracted fields, and corrections are separate from the original file. Important details can be checked against the document they came from.

Analysis and the assistant are separate

Document analysis runs when you import a document. The document-grounded AI assistant is a separate, opt-in feature. When enabled, it uses selected document-derived context to answer your question. The original file is not sent to the assistant service.

You choose whether to use the assistant

You can turn off AI assistant access. Pruvaly’s policy describes the conversation as session-based: the visible chat disappears when you close the chat screen, while limited usage and operational metadata are retained.

Deletion and export

You can delete individual documents, request an export of account data, and request account deletion from within the app. The full policy explains retention and possible operational or legal exceptions.
