Pruvaly

• Capture a document once — by scanning it, importing a file from the device, or sharing it into the app. The original is stored unchanged.
• Analysis reads the document and proposes structured details such as merchant, date, amount and line items. Extracted fields keep their provenance, so you can see where a value came from and how certain it is.
• Documents link to purchases, products, rights and deadlines instead of being copied, so one canonical document can appear in several views.
• Deadlines and follow-ups become tasks with reminders, and spending views summarise real purchase records.
• An optional, opt-in Assistant answers questions grounded in your own documents and cites them.

Documents belong to the account that uploaded them. Sharing inside a household is explicit and reversible, and nothing is published publicly. Access rules are enforced on the server for every record.

Pruvaly accounts use email and password, Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. Google Sign-In returns only basic identity information — an OpenID subject identifier, name and profile details, and your email address — used to create and authenticate the account. Pruvaly does not request Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar or other Google service data.
