Terms of Service

Pruvaly is a private application for storing personal and household documents and linking them to purchases, rights, deadlines and tasks. It is offered as-is during an early, invitation-based phase, and features may change or be withdrawn.

You need a verified account to use Pruvaly. Keep your credentials and any device that stays signed in secure, use accurate account details, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly at 404@404media.ai if you believe it has been used without your permission.

The documents you add remain yours. You grant Pruvaly only the limited permission needed to provide the service to you: to store the original unchanged, to process it in order to recognise text and propose structured fields, to generate deadlines and reminders, to show summaries back to you, and — only if you opt in — to send bounded document-derived context to the configured AI service as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content or the account is deleted.

You confirm you are allowed to upload the documents you add and to have them processed this way.

• Do not upload content you have no right to store or process.
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account, documents or data.
• Do not probe, disrupt or overload the service, bypass access controls or quotas, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits.
• Do not use Pruvaly for unlawful purposes.

Extracted fields, deadlines, warranty and return information, spending summaries and Assistant answers are derived from your documents and from general information about consumer rights. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not legal, tax or financial advice. Always check the original document and seek professional advice for decisions that matter.

Pruvaly may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and no particular level of availability, processing accuracy or processing speed is promised. Keep your own copies of documents that are important to you.

The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes what data Pruvaly holds and why.

We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, other users or a legal obligation, in particular where these terms are breached. You can stop using Pruvaly at any time and request account deletion from within the app; deletion removes your stored originals before the account itself is removed.

If these terms change materially, the effective date above is updated and, where appropriate, you are notified in the app. Continuing to use Pruvaly after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: 404@404media.ai. See also About Pruvaly.
